How long does it take until I start seeing leads come through?

We fulfill all orders in the order which they are received. We aim to start orders within 24-48 hours of the purchase. We make every effort to set up your campaign as quickly as possible, but there are external factors that can affect the timeline. Occasionally, Facebook's approval process may cause delays in campaign activation.

How long does it normally take to fill my order?

There are a lot of factors that can impact how long it takes for orders to be filled, things like how many leads were ordered, how many people are currently getting leads in our system, how many states you requested to get leads in, events like holidays, etc.

Our leads are also generated in real-time which also can impact how quickly an order is filled.

On average it takes about 4-7 days to have an order filled.

How are leads received?

Once your campaign starts and people start filling out the form, your leads will immediately be sent to a google sheet that we provide to you. This sheet updates in real-time as soon as the lead submits the form. We also have the option to send leads directly to your CRM. *(Limited to certain CRM platforms) After you complete your order, make sure you follow the steps on our site to verify if your CRM is set up properly.

What is your lead credit policy?

In order to qualify for a lead credit, BOTH the phone and email have to be bad/invalid. We will not replace leads you contacted or got a hold of. Additionally, we can provide 10% of your order in lead replacements if the leads qualify to be replaced. (e.g. 20 lead order = 2 lead replacements) If you have any questions about lead replacements, email us at nitroleads1@gmail.com

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. There is no returns or exchanges.
